Everything here was delicious and reasonably priced for gluten free and vegan! The cake cups are to die for with the perfect ratio of cake to toppings. The oatmeal chocolate and peanut butter were the best cookies I’ve had.
We stopped in for holiday cookies and Ginger, Peanut butter, and chocolate chip were our favorite. Although my bf 4 yr old niece loved the gingerbread cookies. Hard to find not to sweet just right gf and vegan cookie. Love the free beverage added. Lots of positivity and options.
Thank you Lord for this shop! The best gluten free bagel I have ever had was here! Chewy, flavorful and sold by the sweetest ladies. I am so thankful for their hard work and sharing their gift of baking ❤️ I will be back many times !
Delicious plant-based baked goods and great service and atmosphere. I stopped by today and purchased a blueberry lemon cupcake and a slice of the flourless torte. Absolutely fabulous 🤩 as always.
We purchased gluten free cupcakes & cookies for 8 people for our daughter & son in laws wedding reception. Everyone raved about the flavor and were so appreciative of the individual packaged cupcakes & cookies. I would highly recommend this bakery to all people. Gluten free or not as the selection and taste is excellent!
Good for what it is. Some things obviously better than others. Hard to duplicate some stuff with no gluten or dairy. I recommend the pecan pie and brookie. The cake cups with fruit are the best but they never have them. Staff is always friendly.
Me and my partner got a few different goodies to try. The standard fudge brownie 🍫, oatmeal chocolate chip cookie 🍪, regular chocolate chip cookie 🍪, a triple berry scone 🫐🍞 and a black coffee ☕️ We loved almost everything! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was ranked both of our favorite. The scone is a close 1st place for me. I LOVED the fudginess of the brownie even tho my partner wasnt a fan. If you love fudge, you'll love that brownie. The only thing we didn't like at all was the chocolate chip cookie. It had a weird immediate and aftertaste. Overall all I would 100% recommend them if you're gluten free and it's an added bonus that it's also vegan! As for the coffee ☕️ idk what it was but even as black coffee - it's delicious!
The bagels are absolutely INCREDIBLE! We enjoyed a salt bagel immediately after purchase, with no toppings or spreads on it, and we were in heaven. Perfectly chewy with a crisp exterior. Cannot recommend making a trip for GF bagels that are *just* like the real thing!! Kaitlyn & her team are so kind and offer excellent service!
I spent an hour or so here on my birthday. We got a big box of treats and got a free cup of Phoenix coffee (coffee is free with a baked good—can’t beat that!). Of course the GF treats are amazing. Simply delicious!! The service was the best part. The young woman running the counter was really kind and funny. We will be back!!
My husband eats gluten- and dairy-free and we have been wanting to check out Philomena for a while now. We stopped by on the way back from a recent trip to Cleveland and we were not disappointed!!! We especially loved the berry scones, pumpkin praline cookie, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. We liked the scones so much we bought more to take home after sitting down to try them! We also went home with a couple cute stickers by a local artist that were displayed there. We will definitely be back, and I would love to try a custom cake order for my husband sometime! So thankful Philomena exists!!!
